Some people quit cold turkey, other individuals attend a smoke-stoppers group, and others claim Nicorette gum, lozenges or the patch as wonderful tools in fighting that craving for nicotine. There are now also drugs like Wellbutrin, Chantix, and Zyban to assist in kicking the habit. Make sure to consult with your MD prior to taking as these medications do have side effects and complications can arise.
