My Mind-Body wellness techniques are designed to nurture mental and physical health, promoting a deeper understanding of how the body works as a machine and what it needs to find and maintain balance. 


Some of the techniques I offer include:


Meditation practices to calm your mind and soothe your spirit. Breathing techniques to boost oxygen flow and energize the body. 


Guided imagery to help relax and focus, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to process and release emotional blockages. 


My Wellness consultations incorporate personalized data and information on herbs, minerals, and nutrition to help you achieve your unique health goals and needs.
